Refund policy

We only offer store credit.

To be eligible for store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, hygiene liner, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Exchanges + Returns need to be made within 14 days of receiving the item. Accepted Returns + Exchanges need to be shipped within 14 days of initiating. Shipping is not included in store credit.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items with deodorant stains, bodily fluid, self tanner stains, dog hair, or other damages made will not be accepted. 

Non-returnable items
Any items purchased on sale are final. 

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a purchase please click here, after we receive your exchange, and it meets the store credit guidelines, your new item will be shipped. You can only make an exchange for a new size in the same style originally purchased. If you decided to make a return after a size exchange - shipping will not be included in store credit. Please note, we can not guarantee an exchange if an item sells out before we have received the return, store credit will automatically be issued instead. 

Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. Unaccepted returns will be shipped back at customers expense. We are not liable for returns sent back after the return deadline. If approved, you’ll be automatically notified within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us through our Contact Us page.

Redo Free Return Shipping Labels + Package Protection
At checkout, customers have the option to purchase Redo coverage. Redo includes:

  • Free return shipping label for eligible returns
  • Package protection coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments during transit

If Redo is not selected at checkout, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and orders are not covered under the package protection guarantee.
